Course Description

Find out how you can create a native animal friendly garden. More than ever animals in our community are under pressure to call a place home. Learn how to provide a garden that attracts local wildlife like Blue tongue lizards, Eastern spinebill honeyeaters, Ring-tail possums, a variety of butterflies and more. We’ll talk about plant selection and discuss landscaping tips.

Course requirements:

Age level entry 12 and above. People under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Solid footwear. Long trousers and long sleeve shirt.

Refreshments are provided.

Lunch is not provided.

GWT is based in the Hawkesbury district north west of Sydney. We deliver wildlife training all over Australia, face to face and online.

Course Commencement and Confirmation

Course fees must be paid before participation. The running of this course is subject to achieving a minimum of 15 participants.


No fee concessions are available on GWT short courses.

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations advised in writing more than 7 days prior to the commencement of the course are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations advised within 7 days of the course, no refunds are made, but substitute delegate may attend.
