Course Description

This course is a qualification course that will appeal to people wanting to keep reptiles privately or working with reptiles in pet shops. The following units will be covered over 6 weeks. Live animals will be incorporated in the delivery of this course.

Global Wildlife Training has a partnership arrangement with National Training Master (NTM) to deliver this course. NTM’s RTO code is 91284 and they will issue your certification.

LOCATION: Suit 51/40 Sterling Road Minchinbury NSW

START DATE: Anytime start.

DURATION: 6 Week, Mondays 6pm – 7pm.
One day practical, day to be confirmed.

COURSE FEE:

Single person: $475

PRE-REQUISITES: There are no pre-requisites.

COURSES REQUIREMENTS: Work ready clothing, work boots, long trousers and long sleeve shirt, broad brimmed hat and sunglasses. On enrolment you will be emailed further details regarding course requirement.

Course Commencement and Confirmation: Course fees must be paid before participation. The running of this course is subject to achieving a minimum of 8 participants.

Concessions: There are no concessions available.

Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations advised in writing more than 7 days prior to the commencement of the course are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations advised within 7 days of the course, no refunds are made, but substitute delegate may attend.

How interactive and practical is the course?
This is an online course with a one day prac. You will have an experienced trainer to assist you with your learning. This course provides comprehensive course resources and a work based practical assessment workbook to be completed.

GWT CEO and trainer for this course. He is passionate about animals and online education. Brad has over 30 years’ experience working with Reptiles and Amphibians in the Companion and Captive Animals industries. Brad previously was the Senior Curator at Featherdale Wildlife Park looking after a variety of native reptiles and animals. Brad is well equipped to teach this course. He is keen to assist you with your animal course learning.
